Gilbert was a man down on his luck. He had lost his job, his home, and even his dog had died. Gilbert was walking through the park when he found a broken piece of cement. Underneath the cement was a small hole. Gilbert curiosity got the best of him so he stuck his hand inside the hole to see what was inside. As he did, he felt a warmth and a sense of magic emanating from the hole. He followed the warmth until he came to a door. He pushed the door open and found himself in a strange room. The room was full of books and Gilbert could see the pages turning. He walked up to a book and found that he could read the words inside. The book said that the room was the entrance to a magical portal. Gilbert decided to explore the portal and found himself in a different world.
