When Nick found the portal one sunny day, he knew it was his chance to escape his mundane life. Through the portal, Nick found himself in a fantastical world of knights, dragons and queens.Nick spent hours exploring this new world and quickly became friends with the characters. One day, Nick decided to take a journey to the center of the portal. Once there, he discovered a magical jewel that allowed him to return home. Upon returning, Nick found that everything had changed in his regular world. He was now a well-known writer and was married to the love of his life. He was happy to have finally discovered his true calling and wouldn’t have changed a thing.
