Paul had always been interested in the paranormal, and when he was told about a magical portal that could take him to any place in the world, he couldn’t resist. After months of research, he finally found the address and prepared for his journey.
When he arrived at the portal, he excitedly walked through, only to find himself in a dark alley. He was getting ready to turn around and head back when he heard a voice from behind him.
“Who are you?”
Turning around, Paul saw a man wearing a hooded cloak. He had a scruffy beard and wild eyes.
“I’m Paul,” he replied. “I’m looking for the magical portal.”
The man studying Paul silently for a moment, and then nodded.
“The magical portal is behind you,” he said, pointing down the alley. “Follow my voice and you’ll find it.”
Paul did as he was told, and soon found himself in a brightly lit area filled with people. He was shocked to see that he was in an amusement park.
“This is amazing,” he said as he walked around. “Thank you for showing me this.”
The man in the hooded cloak just nodded and disappeared into the crowds. Paul was left feeling like he had just encountered a real-life magician.
