He was surrounded by a sparkling blue ocean and a wide, verdant forest. He walked for hours, exploring the world and discovering new and wondrous things. He even found a secret castle where he could spend the night.
The man woke the next morning refreshed and excited. He was about to leave when he noticed a figure standing in the doorway of the castle. It was a beautiful woman with midnight black hair and ice blue eyes. She seemed familiar to him, but he couldn’t place where he had seen her before.
The woman spoke to him, and her voice was like a gentle ribbon of frosty wind. She said her name was Maren and she was the ruler of this world. She asked the man to stay and be her guest, but the man had to return home eventually.
As he walked back through the portal, the man thought about what had just happened. He had discovered a new and wondrous world, and he had made a new friend. He was happy to have experienced such a magical moment, and he hoped to return soon.
