Terry had always been interested in the supernatural. He had heard tales of witches and warlocks, and of portals that could take people to other worlds. He had even seen a few movies about such things, and he had always wanted to explore one for himself.
One day,Terry found a portal that appeared to be made out of light. He stepped through and found himself in a beautiful forest. The trees were tall and green, and the leaves rustled in the wind. Terry could see a large lake in the distance, and he could hear the sound of waterfalls.
Terry walked towards the lake and sat down on a rock to enjoy the view. Suddenly, he heard someone calling his name. He turned to see a young woman walking towards him. She had long, brown hair, and she was wearing a simple dress.
“Hello,” the woman said. “Are you looking for something?”
“Yes,” Terry replied. “I’m looking for a way to get back home. I’ve been walking through this portal for hours.”
“I can help you,” the woman said. “Just follow me.”
Terry followed the woman through the portal, and they emerged back in Terry’s living room. He was shocked to see that it had only been a few minutes since he had stepped through the portal.
“Thank you,” Terry said. “This is the best day ever.”
