1 cup butter, softened

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture, and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
4. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes; then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
