Prompt: Chocolate cake recipe
Response:
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts, chopped
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
2 In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
3 In the butter bowl of an electric mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating until each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Add the flour mixture in three parts, alternating with the chocolate chips and peanuts.
4 Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5 Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
6 Cut into squares and serve.
