1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour one 9×13 inch baking pan.

6. In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.
