1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup red food coloring
1/4 cup white chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with baking parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, vanilla extract and oil.
4. Stir in sugar until coated. Add eggs and milk and mix until well combined.
5. Add food coloring and white chocolate chips and mix until combined.
6. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
