Timothy rubbed his eyes, hoping that when he opened them again, the world would look familiar. He was in an unfamiliar room, with unfamiliar furniture. What was going on?
A noise from down the hall caught his attention and he walked towards it, the door clicking shut behind him. He stopped short when he saw the doorway was actually a portal.
He stepped through it and found himself in a strange place. Strange people were walking around, and some of them were carrying strange looking containers. He didn’t know what to do, so he stayed put.
He was about to turn around and go back when he saw a girl. She had long brown hair and seemed to be in a hurry. She walked right past him and into the portal.
Timothy was getting worried. What if she got lost? He had to find her. He stepped through the portal and found himself back in the unfamiliar room. He closed the door and started looking for the girl.
